At Qurrito, we’re committed to delivering quality. If you receive a defective or misprinted item, we’re here to resolve it.
Return Eligibility
- We only accept returns in case of damaged products or print defects.
- Return requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged or misprinted product:
- Place a return request within 5 days of delivery via our website.
- Additionally, Email us at info@qurrito.com with:
- A clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue
- Your Order ID in the Subject Line
We will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged free of charge from the same address where the order was originally delivered.
Important: DTG Print Characteristics
Some Qurrito T-shirts are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology. Due to this, you may notice:
- Faint rectangular or square marks around the print area
- A slight odor due to pre-treatment
These are not defects and usually disappear after a cold water wash and flat dry.
These do not qualify for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Return requests made after 5 days of delivery
- Used, washed, or damaged items without original packaging
- DTG-related marks or odor
- Missing unboxing video or clear defect images
- International orders (e.g., USA, UK) — not eligible for return
- Items returned without prior approval
Refunds & Replacements
- If the return is approved and a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.
- Refunds are processed and will reflect as store credits within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
